Rebonding is widely misunderstood as a way of hiding waste. It is the opposite: it is how you reach densities a foaming line physically cannot produce, because the density comes from compression rather than from chemistry. Foam at that end of the range has to be pressed. What decides quality is what goes in - and what goes into ours is sorted trim from our own cutting hall, not bought-in scrap of unknown origin.

Questions we get asked
Is rebonded foam lower quality than fresh foam?
No - it is a different material for a different job. It reaches densities and load-bearing that a free-rise pour cannot, which is why it is used for bases, flooring and matting.
Where does your feedstock come from?
Our own cutting hall. We do not buy in scrap, which is what makes the output consistent.
Can you supply it as sheet rather than block?
Yes. Blocks are cut to base layers, cores, sheet and cushioning at the sizes you order.
Is it suitable for gym flooring?
Yes, it is one of the commonest uses - the density and the impact absorption are exactly what that application wants.
