Polyurethane slabstock made at Boranada, Jodhpur - soft low-density through firm high-density, cut to whatever the order asks for.
Every other thing we make starts here. A metered stream of polyol, isocyanate, water, surfactant and catalyst is laid across a moving paper-lined trough and left to rise; because the line runs continuously rather than box by box, the foam in the last metre behaves like the foam in the first. That is the whole argument for buying slabstock from a continuous line - a repeat order behaves like the one before it.

Conventional polyether, high-resilience (HR), super-soft, visco-elastic (memory) and flame-retardant (FR).

Tuned within each grade - soft, medium or firm - to the target you specify or to the application you describe.

Full block, horizontal sheet, peeled roll stock, vertical-cut plan shapes and profiled sections to drawing.

Finishing
Contour and profile cutting, lamination and cut-to-size parts, so what arrives is ready to use.

How to specify it
Send the product, the density band or the load it has to carry, the sizes and the monthly quantity. If you would rather describe the application than specify a grade, do that instead - telling us "hostel mattress, heavy use, five-year life" is often more useful than a number, and we will come back with the grade that suits.
Samples of any grade go out free before you commit to a load.
Questions we get asked
Do you supply cut sheet or only full blocks?
Both. Blocks are cut horizontally for sheet, vertically for plan shapes, and profiled to a drawing where the part needs it. Most customers take cut sheet.
Can you match a foam we already buy?
Usually. Send a sample piece and the application. We assess it and pour to match rather than guessing from a description.
Do you make flame-retardant foam?
Yes, FR grades are available across the range where the application calls for them. Tell us which standard you are working to.
Will you send samples before an order?
Yes, samples of any grade go out free before you commit to a load.
