Quilting is where a mattress stops looking like a commodity. The pattern, the loft and the evenness of the stitch are the first things a buyer notices and the last thing a cheap supplier gets right. Ours runs on multi-needle computerised machines, which means a pattern is repeatable rather than approximate.

How to specify it
Send the pattern or a sample of the quilting you want, the fabric, the fill and the panel sizes. For job work, tell us the roll width and the quantity.
Samples of any grade go out free before you commit to a load.
Questions we get asked
Do you take job work on our own fabric?
Yes. Send the roll and the pattern; we quilt and return. It is a normal part of what the unit does.
Can you match an existing quilting pattern?
Usually. Send a sample panel - matching from a photograph is much less reliable.
Do you supply finished covers or only panels?
Either. Panels go out loose, or we make them up into finished covers with the borders closed.
What fills can be quilted?
Foam, fibre or a combination, to the build you specify.
