Plush Foams Private Limited runs a continuous slabstock line, a rebonding plant, computerised quilting and tape-edge finishing in one works. That means the foam in your mattress, cushion or packing insert is made, cut and finished under our own roof — so the density you order is the density that ships, and a repeat order behaves like the last one.

Density and hardness are measured to IS 7888 methods and recorded against the batch, so a question six months later has an answer. Samples of any grade go out free before you commit to a load.
