PU Foam
Flexible slabstock, soft low-density through firm high-density
Poured on our own continuous line and cut to your sizes. Density sets the load-bearing and the price; hardness is set within it to the target you give us.
- Conventional, high-resilience (HR), super-soft and visco-elastic (memory) grades
- Flame-retardant (FR) grades where the application calls for them
- Hardness tuned within each grade — soft, medium or firm, to your target
- Supplied as block, sheet, peeled roll or cut-to-size parts
- Density and hardness held to the agreed grade and checked batch to batch

Built from our own foam and finished in-house — quilted cover, tape-edge closed. Any size list, from a household order to a hostel block.

High-density pressed composite block
Our own foam trim shredded, bonded under heat and pressure, and cut to sheet. The dense, load-bearing material you cannot get from a free-rise pour.

Protective and profiled inserts
Light-density foam cut and profiled to protect what you ship — electronics, glass, instruments and machined parts.
