Domestic, institutional and healthcare mattresses - the core, the quilting and the finishing all happen in the same works.
Most mattress "manufacturers" assemble bought-in foam. We pour the core, rebond the base layer from our own trim, quilt the panel on our own machines and close the border on our own tape-edge line. That matters commercially rather than romantically: nobody else has to be chased when a delivery slips, and the specification does not drift between the sample and the tenth container.

How to specify it
Send the size list, the quantity per size, the setting the mattresses go into and the fabric you want on them. If you have an existing mattress you want matched, send one - it is faster and more accurate than a written description.

Questions we get asked
Do you supply to hotels on a repeating programme?
Yes. Room programmes are the case we are built for: the same specification, repeated year on year, with consistency between batches.
Can you make mattresses to our own brand?
Yes. We manufacture for our own consumer brand and for other labels; cover, packaging and labelling follow your requirement.
What about hospital and multi-fold mattresses?
We make multi-fold and pressure-care constructions to the frame sizes you work with, with wipeable cover options.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the construction and the fabric. Send the size list and we will tell you plainly rather than quoting a blanket figure.
